Holly Bush is an 1849 ironstone Italianate villa on
the Rowan University campus. It is nationally significant
as the site of the historic summit conference between
U.S. President Lyndon B. Johnson and Soviet Premier Aleksei
Kosygin in 1967. In 2003, MPG was selected as
the masonry subcontractor for The General Contractor-
Merrell & Garraguso, Inc., to complete a project
designed by Ford Farewell Mills & Gatsch Architects,
LLC. This significant
exterior stone restoration project rekindled the aesthetic
beauty of this national historic treasure. |
