Smithville Houses 6 and 7 are a part of historic Smithville Mansion Complex in Easthampton, NJ. The foundations of these building were laid in 1940 and the wood frame and masonry dated from the 1870s. MPG managed the total restoration and executed the masonry restoration for this project. The scope of work included: Stone foundation and brick chimney restoration, structural shoring, rough carpentry and framing, wood siding restoration, lead paint stabilization, asbestos removal, wood doors and windows, new shingle roof, plumbing/electrical, cabinetry, Archeology and documentation, metal fabrications and cast iron work.
