Lullworth Hall was built in 1883 as the Bancroft School. Today it is the administrative headquarters for Bancroft NeuroHealth. The school provides health care and education for children and adults with neurological disorders. The carriage house is used for vocational training. In 2002, MPG was commissioned as the General Contractor, to execute the masonry/general restoration on both buildings in the complex. The restoration project included: Spot pointing, brownstone patching, exterior woodwork and siding repair, standing seam roof and slate roof replacement, wood window repair and painting. |
