St Steven’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Allentown,
PA is an excellent example of success in masonry restoration
and stabilization. When MPG began the first ever restoration
of the church, the brownstone walls had severely deteriorated
and were covered with 82 years of soot. A major part of
the project included extensive composite patching, repointing
and cleaning. In a few short months, MPG skilled masons
restored and stabilized St. Stevens to the vibrant historical
building that was built on the corner of Franklin and
Turner Streets in 1913. |
