The Philadelphian is a 21-story high-rise residential
and retail building located in the Spring Garden section
of Philadelphia, overlooking the Philadelphia Art Museum.
MPG worked under the direction of ADF Engineering to
complete extensive exterior façade repairs and
restoration. The project included repairs to the brick
façade, concrete balconies, windows, pool deck
and fountain walls. |
