The Academy House Parking Garage is an underground
four-story parking garage serving the 37 story Academy
House condominium in center city Philadelphia. In 2003,
Masonry Preservation Group completed extensive structural
repairs to the garage that included: Structural repairs
to horizontal and vertical concrete, hydro-demolition
and subsequent replacement of concrete on ramp areas,
and the application of high performance deck coatings.
This high traffic facility remained operational throughout
the construction activities. |
