In 2004, Masonry Preservation Group, Inc. was selected to complete the masonry restoration of the old boiler house on the Princeton University campus. This was part of the plan to convert this unique stone building to administrative offices. MPG’s scope of work included: argillite stone replacement, cut limestone replacement, stone patching, reset stone copings, new window surrounds, pointing, cleaning, interior CMU and brick work, masonry cleaning, interior cleaning and paint stripping with low pressure micro abrasive equipment, replace limestone window surrounds and install new ADA stone wall ramps.
