230 South Broad Street is a 22 story building located
in the center of Philadelphia’s cultural district.
This neo-gothic styled high-rise was built in 1922 and
contains several of the cities high- profile businesses.
In 2001 MPG was selected to execute a façade restoration
project designed by Joseph B. Callaghan Architects. The
scope of work for this project included: Terra cotta
and brick façade restoration and rehabilitation
or reconstruction of window lentils. |
