The Terra Building, a 17 story building, is located
on the corner of Broad and Walnut Streets in center city
Philadelphia. The University of the Arts contracted with
MPG to install a highly intricate cast stone façade
from the second to fifth floors of the building. This
fiber reinforced cast stone replicated the original stone
façade. MPG also provided caulking and waterproofing
services on the remainder of the facades. |
