Collingswood Arms is a senior housing facility that
was opened by the Collingswood, New Jersey Housing Authority
in 1978. This nine story high-rise apartment provides
95 comfortable apartments for seniors. Masonry Preservation
Group, Inc. was selected by the U.S. Department of Housing
and Urban Development (HUD) to improve and restore critical
areas of the exterior building structure. The project
included concrete structural repair, complete repointing
of the fluted block, window caulking and interior repairs.
