1500 Locust Street, Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia,
is a 44 floor modern residential building built in 1973.
MPG teamed with ADF Engineering to restore the north
façade
of the building. The extensive structural restoration
to this center city high-rise included work on: balconies,
the cornice, terra cotta trim stabilization throughout
the building, exterior brick and concrete repair. |
