1500 Pine Street is a ten-story residence hall, part
of the University of the Arts campus. The building was
added to the Philadelphia Register of historic places
in 1995. MPG’s project included exterior façade
restoration to: Stabilize the existing terra cotta façade,
rebuild the concrete balconies, repoint, restore deteriorated
brick and concrete, deck cleaning and re-coating. |
