Philadelphia’s Hopkinson House is a modern, Society
Hill , high-rise residential building designed by Oskar
Stonorof in 1962. In 2001, MPG teamed with the Engineering
firm of O’Donnell & Naccarato to complete a
significant exterior waterproofing project that included:
Structural Balcony repairs, installation of a state of
the art waterproofing membrane, repairs on concrete surfaces
and caulking all exterior windows and doors of the 35
story building. |
