Located a stones throw from the Philadelphia Art Museum,
2601 Parkway is an impressive complex of three thirteen
story towers with 496 prestigious apartments. The complex
was designed by the renowned French architect, Paul Phillipe
Cret, in 1940. In 2001, MPG executed a plan designed
by the architectural firm of H2L2 to complete concrete
structural repairs and safety enhancements for the complex’s
two story under ground parking garage. MPG’s successful
completion of this project became a key element in 2601
Parkway’s revitalization program. |
